These Terms and Conditions govern your use of JawaBee, operated by SMW Multitech. By using JawaBee, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use JawaBee.

1. The Service

JawaBee is an AI-powered commerce operating system that helps Gulf merchants on Salla and Zid to:

  • Automate WhatsApp customer support in Arabic
  • Process and manage orders
  • Handle refunds and coupons based on your policies
  • Generate store insights and reports
  • All under your supervision — you approve significant actions before execution

2. Who Can Use JawaBee

You must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be a business owner or authorized representative
  • Have an active merchant account on Salla or Zid
  • Provide accurate information during registration

By using JawaBee on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access at support@jawabee.com

4. Free Trial

  • Every new account gets a 14-day free trial
  • No credit card required to start
  • Full access to all features during the trial
  • You'll receive a reminder 3 days before the trial ends
  • If you don't subscribe, your account is deactivated and your data is kept for 90 days

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscription plans and pricing are listed at jawabee.com/en/pricing.

  • Monthly plans: billed at the start of each cycle
  • Annual plans: billed once per year with a discount

Taxes: All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice.

Failed payments: If payment fails, we notify you and give you 7 days to update your payment method. After 30 days without payment, we may terminate your account (with your data retained for 90 days).

Price changes: We give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime — no questions, no fees, no complications.

  • Cancel from Account Settings → Cancel Subscription
  • Or email support@jawabee.com (Subject: Cancellation)
  • Service continues until the end of your current billing period

7. Third-Party Integrations

JawaBee connects with:

  • Salla and Zid — your merchant platforms
  • WhatsApp Business API (Meta) — customer messaging
  • Stripe / Moyasar — payment processing
  • AI providers including DeepSeek — AI inference

We are not affiliated with or responsible for these third parties. Your use of integrations is governed by their terms of service.

8. Intellectual Property

SMW Multitech owns all intellectual property in JawaBee (code, AI models, design, trademarks). You receive a license to use JawaBee — not ownership of it.

You retain all rights to your store data and content.

9. Acceptable Use

Your use of JawaBee is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy at jawabee.com/en/acceptable-use, which is part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

JawaBee is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before your claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

By you

Cancel anytime — no fees, no questions.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment for 30 days
  • Fraud or illegal activity
  • Legal requirement

After termination, your data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi courts. For merchants in other GCC countries, applicable local consumer protection laws also apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the updated Terms.

14. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This section governs your license to use the JawaBee software and platform.

License Grant

Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these Terms, SMW Multitech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use JawaBee solely for your business purposes.

What You May NOT Do With the Software

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on JawaBee
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use JawaBee to build a competing product or service
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to any third party
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or abuse Platform functionality

Software Updates

JawaBee is delivered as a cloud-based SaaS — you always use the latest version automatically. We deploy minor updates without notice. Material changes receive at least 14 days' advance notice.

API Access

If you use JawaBee's API:

  • Subject to published rate limits
  • API keys are confidential — treat them as passwords
  • Abuse may result in API access revocation
  • Excessive usage may incur additional fees

Ownership

All rights in JawaBee remain with SMW Multitech. This license gives you permission to use JawaBee — not ownership of it or any part of it.

License Termination

Your license ends automatically when your subscription ends, when you violate these Terms, or when SMW Multitech terminates the Service. Upon termination, you must stop using JawaBee immediately.
