Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may and may not do when using JawaBee, operated by SMW Multitech. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
By using JawaBee, you agree to follow this policy. This AUP is part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. What You May NOT Do
Illegal Activities
- Violate any law in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, or any other GCC country where you or your customers operate
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities
- Sell or promote illegal or counterfeit products or services
- Violate consumer protection laws or e-commerce regulations
- Infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
Harmful or Offensive Content
- Send messages containing hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on religion, nationality, gender, or any other basis
- Distribute malware, viruses, phishing links, or harmful code
- Send content that exploits, endangers, or is inappropriate for minors
- Distribute pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Use JawaBee to stalk, harass, or threaten any individual
Platform Abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to JawaBee systems, databases, or other accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from JawaBee
- Use automated tools or bots to overload or manipulate the Platform
- Bypass or attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
- Resell, sublicense, or share JawaBee access with unauthorized parties
- Use JawaBee to build a competing product or service
AI Misuse
- Use AI-generated responses to deceive, mislead, or manipulate customers
- Generate fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content using JawaBee's AI
- Use AI to impersonate real people or entities without authorization
- Use AI-generated content to violate any laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or extract JawaBee's AI models or prompts
Customer Misconduct
- Send WhatsApp messages to customers without proper consent or opt-in
- Continue messaging customers who have requested to stop
- Misrepresent products, prices, or policies to customers
- Use customer data for purposes beyond what they consented to
- Share or sell customer data obtained through JawaBee
WhatsApp and Messaging Rules
- Violate WhatsApp Business API terms of service or Meta's policies
- Send unsolicited promotional messages without prior customer opt-in
- Exceed quality rating thresholds that could result in your WhatsApp number being banned
- Use WhatsApp messaging for any purpose prohibited by Meta
2. What You MUST Do
Respect Your Customers
- Communicate with customers honestly, fairly, and respectfully
- Honor refund and return requests in line with your stated policies
- Respond to customer complaints in good faith
- Immediately stop messaging any customer who asks to unsubscribe
Maintain Compliance
- Comply with Saudi Arabia and GCC e-commerce regulations
- Comply with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
- Comply with consumer protection laws in all markets where you sell
- Maintain valid business registration as required by law
Use AI Responsibly
- Review AI-generated responses before they are sent for important or sensitive matters
- Monitor automated interactions and intervene when needed
- Clearly identify when responses are AI-generated, where required by law
- Maintain human oversight over all AI-driven actions in JawaBee
Maintain Customer Consents
- Keep records of all customer consents for WhatsApp messaging
- Provide customers with a clear and easy way to opt out
- Honor opt-out requests within 24 hours
Secure Your Account
- Use a strong, unique password for your JawaBee account
- Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Do not share account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Report security vulnerabilities immediately to support@jawabee.com
3. Content Standards
All content you send through JawaBee — including customer messages, automated replies, and marketing communications — must:
- Be truthful, accurate, and not misleading
- Comply with Saudi/GCC laws and regulations
- Respect Saudi and Gulf cultural values and norms
- Be relevant to your business and your relationship with the customer
- Not contain offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language
4. Enforcement
What We May Do
If you violate this AUP, we may:
- Issue a warning — for minor or first-time violations
- Temporarily suspend your account — for serious or repeated violations
- Permanently terminate your account — for severe violations
- Report to authorities — for illegal activities
Immediate Termination (No Warning)
We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts involved in:
- Illegal activity of any kind
- Serious security breaches
- Severe abuse of customers
- Violations of WhatsApp/Meta policies that threaten the Platform
Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, email support@jawabee.com (Subject: Account Appeal) within 14 days.
5. Reporting Violations
If you observe violations of this policy:

We investigate all reports and take appropriate action. Anonymous reporting is available upon request.
6. Our Monitoring Rights
We have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor Platform usage to detect and prevent violations. You remain solely responsible for all activities under your account.
7. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email and Platform notification.
